meh no worries. i've done 1 grow where i fucked up and burned alot of the fan leaves and left them. and my buds still came out nice and beautiful. but nutrient burns r typical for alot of grows if your not focusing on ur ppm and ph.

adding xtra lights will always help out better and having the daylight cfls will keep the plant more bushy then lengthy.

well u say you are watering it.. so it couldnt be dry.. like medi said you are overwatering your plant to much. not giving the plant water and giving it to much water shows the same resuslts.

takes 1-2 weeks to tell a plants sex from 12/12, you will notice a female from a male. the picture u showd us those pistils should be clear which means its a female. now males... ooo boy they just grow polen sacks all over the sack u should notice because it would look like little pea's growing...
