in the beginning. i dont flood very often. i still havent flooded my table since i started. and it depends on if your using co2 or not. without co2 they wont need to be flooded that often. twice a day at most. and you can probably get by with once a day. until they get pretty big. When mine were in full flower at about week 3 to 4 i flooded 4 times a day. once when the light came on for 20 min. then 3 hours later for 10 min. then 3 hours later for another 20 min. then 3 hours later for 5 min. i dont know how i came up with that feeding schedule but it worked excellent for me.

Im doing a similar setup, just a bit larger plants 40 total on a 4x8 table in 4x4 blocks on grow mat's. How ofter do you flood your table?

i wasnt to worried about the trimming of the lower branches. i trimmed them twice. i did it once at about 7 days. All the lower branches that were big enough i used as clones. thats a option you have but you dont have to if you dont need them. And then i trimmed again at about 17 days flowering. after that i just let them be. when they were done most of it was just buds connected directly to the main stem. but each plant had 2 branches or so that were 6 - 8" in length when done. i hardly trimmed any of the big fan leaves. i just let them be for the most part. are you using co2?

I am in need of some help. I am doing a nearly identical setup to yours... I have 52 PK in a 4x4. Im 10 days into flowering and the growth explosion is midway. I am wondering how concerned were you with CONTINUALLY cleaning up the lower branches... also... because of how densly we have them packed in... did you trim large fan leaves to expose the lower canopy??? Mine are anywehere from 14-20 inches right now and are starting to get a little jungle like.

All trimming help is appreciated. NICE GROW!!!! I followed it since day 1.

LOL. Cool man. If you have any questions feel free to ask them in my thread or send a private message. Are you from cali too? This is my first time doing ebb and flow but my 4th time doing SOG. Soil was just a pain in the ass cause i had to water each one by hand and that was too time consuming. So i decided to change to Hydro. I drilled the 2 holes on the same side on my tray. I vegged under the HPS using the 18/6 cycles. Any more questions feel free to ask. I should be posting some more pictures in my thread pretty soon. But i will say this. If your not going to use co2 you should. The difference in growth is like night and day. If i could go back i woulda started using co2 from the very first time i started growing.

You are my new best friend. I am doing this setup for the first time and have done SO much research i feel like I need to just ask someone who is doing the same thing. Most of the people in my grow circle dont use this setup so they are clueless to most of my questions.

How did you plumb your tray with the fill/drain fittings? Did you veg under the HPS with longer hours?

I wish I had more questions but you have answered them all for the most part with your outstanding notes on the grow. Thank you so much as this is better than any growbible.
