I'm not sure if it's so much as a problem. Say a person germs a seed and after getting a taproot drops it in a little soil. Now 3-5 days later, that person can't remember the exact date, realizes that there is not just one stem but two. Only 1 seed, and Fox farm soil. Anyone have this happen...

if clip some of the brown off the leaves, and it will regen it back. I've seen worse.

Hypothetical seed are from the same bag. Now if they are the "same" I wouldn't be able to know. I don't know were i read that if one of the plants grows faster than the other it's a high possibility that one is male. These hypothetical plants are 25 days old, but one is twice the height of...
