I've tried the rubbing alcohol 99% and mixed it 50-50 with water and had pretty good sucess on killing the live mites, but it didnt seem to work well on the eggs, I now use C02 and dont have a single bug at all in my room., I also read if you bring your C02 level up to 10,000 ppm for 15 minutes...
