I ordered over the Sept long weekend and it was shipped on Tuesday the 7th (Monday was the holiday) I got the standard shipping (No tracking) and it arrived today, the 15th :D Even though it was answered above, they did indeed include a free pack of seeds, as well as a JOTI sticker

I had a similar bad experience with insecticidal soap.. If I were to use it again, I would be sure to cover my cube and spray them making sure none of the soap was absorbed into the rockwool. I would also rinse them by spraying with clean water before placing back under my lights
