Hey man, going to Playa Flamingo, cool, that's a nice beach, I'm from Costa Rica and I always go to the beaches around Flamingo, good times there. For sure you could find something on Tamarindo but not sure about the quality you could get on the streets.

Hope you have a good time and could get a good stuff to roll there.
