Also on a side note I read a study on vitamin d in plants and since then I've been giving it to my pineapple kush plants. The growth is phenomenal and their calcium intake is crazy.

You should find this at least a little helpful. I certainly did!

8 ball kush. I managed 27.5oz in a 1.2x1.2m tent using ionic news and cheap multi-purpose compost. It responded unbelievably well to supercropping and topping in a scrog. Also the couchlock was insane.

Definitely do your research into supercropping! I started a couple grows back and will be doing it without fail on all grows. Nice scrog, topped, supercropped and some uvb to enhance resin production and you will get the yeild/quality your after (assuming your environment and nutes are good).

This is my set up. It's 4 x 25w uvb200 cfl's by exo terra and a 600w mh/hps depending on veg or flower. I run the cfl's on a seperate timer to the hid. 2 hours in the middle of the light cycle during first 2 weeks of veg then 6 hours for last 2 weeks. Then for flower keep it on the 12/12 with...
