    Open Show & Tell 2018

A couple of my outdoor plants this season, been keeping them real low to the ground and in sunken bed, due to the extreme heat this year. They had shade cloth over them until 2 weeks ago. Growing Sour Diesel, Alien Og, BlackBerry Kush, and Skywalker og. Not sure which these are.

please help was looking for some advice on cheap grow lights

I just ordered everything for a 320 watt Samsung f series led setup. I bought every part individually and spent $380 shipped for everything, which was slightly cheaper than I expected it to be. I used this design for a basic idea then learned how to make some changes depending on space and power...

    QB132’s (x15) in a 4x4... 1050w LED light platform

Are you slotting the pvc to make them stationary and secure? Can’t tell from pictures.

How is this COB LED build?

I don't remember expressing an opinion about the subject as much as commentating on what was said. I never disagreed or said they were better than anything else, just thought certain things said we're comical.

How is this COB LED build?

“How dare these younguns try to make a moving cart that moves without something to pull it. That’s just darn crazy talk, it’ll never catch on.”

How is this COB LED build?

I agree and appreciate you pointing that out. It’s not to crucial if it’s the equivalent, I’m mostly just interested in building my own decent led light for a small 3x3 area for personal growing. I grow outdoors mostly, and although I have a few 600w HID setups, I can’t be bothered with them...

How is this COB LED build?

I’ve actually decided to go with a 320 watt Samsung f series build. Although there doesn’t seem to be any definitive information on the efficiency of growing with COBs vs Strips. I guess the technology is pretty new and its only us reefer heads who seem to be the most interested with new light...

How is this COB LED build?

I’m aware of the plenty of builds that exist. I’m also aware of how to put them together. I’m not looking for the type of input you’re giving, as its actually not even input. How about some efficiency differences between strips and cobs, or the benefit of certain aspects of each component. I’m...

How is this COB LED build?

If you have a lot of experience, mind explaining your ideas about the builds I’m talking about? Or your idea of a good one.

How is this COB LED build?

Does this mean anything actually? Or just making a joke?

How is this COB LED build?

Also willing to take suggestions for a new build, this is just what I put together from researching the best methods

How is this COB LED build?

I’ve been roughing up a build, need help with some advice about how exactly to plan it. I plan on making my own frame, and may go with active heat sinks I found on Newegg for cheap. Is it necessary to have a heat sink for each cob, both passive and active? Is 6 Vero 29 cobs close to a 600w hps...

    Drooping plants

My plants have started drooping, it has gotten cold the past couple of days, down into the 40s. They’re in my garage under four 4ft T5 light fixture. They are in a good soil with good dranege and has the appropriate amount of nutrients and the PH levels are good. They are near a small heater and...

    Week 6 Trimming question

Nice healthy green foilage as well. Doesn't look like it will have much inhibiting it from taking off.

    Week 6 Trimming question

Just cut my screen and added necessary plant support yoyos. I think it was a good decision as it ends up getting more light to the bud sites. The plants are 2 sativas and 1 indica. Before and after pics below. June 25thyesterdayToday
