I bought a bunch of 5 gallon felt grow bags when I thought I was going to be growing some trees. I've since decided, because of height restrictions, that I should try a SOG instead. As the 5 gallons would be overkill and take up too much space, I was thinking I could put (2 or 3 or 4) clones...
So it has been 7 1/2 weeks since I switched over to 12 12 in my first grow in soil with ff nutes. The buds have started to frost a little and the hairs are starting to turn amber (I would say maybe 15-20 percent of the hairs have started to turn) and they buds are really starting to look like...
Yeah I'm planning on doing some amateur lsting too.... also with 12/12 from seed (ish) hopefully they won't get too big. Test grow with bagseed got WAY out of control and ended up doing a lot of bending and such to keep the canopy low. Thanks.
Hoss,
Yeah, I think I'll do that. Will be doing only auto strains after this grow. I bought the current seeds before I really knew how much better the autos would be for this application. RIU with folks like yourself and somedude have learned me a bunch in the last month or so. For now I can...
Medium is hempy buckets 2 gal. They are about 10" tall. 4 of them fit in the box perfectly with saucers to catch the overflow. I have the light strapped right to the top of the box with a hole cut out for the fans on top of the unit to vent the box. I had figured 3 3" computer type fans...
Thanks for the input. I was hoping you would not say that. 8" is going to reduce my grow space by that much leaving me with only 24" total grow height. Does anyone know a way to determine actual distance to plants? There was nothing in the "instructions" (word used loosely) and HTG doesn't...
Hi. I have recently acquired this light: http://www.htgsupply.com/Product-7-Band-240w-LED-Grow-Light.asp used for $125 bucks. I have installed in a 2 x 2 x 5' high cabinet. I estimate 32" total grow height allowing 12-14 between light and canopy and the space for containers. The fans on the...
I have week old seedlings (white widow and nyc deisel). I am going to transplant the rockwool cubes into hempy buckets in the next day or so. Currently they have have a set of leaves (pointy ones as well as a set of round very first ones) and have been fed only water. I have heard no nutes...
So I super cropped the tops of all 4 inadvertently. Tried to tie over 2 but the stem bent. The tops are now hanging at 90 degree angles from the rest of the plant. Do I just leave them that way? Will the eventually straighten up or just stay at 90's? Thanks for any help
Well there seems to be some differences of opinion (no surprise on roll it up in my limited experience, but that is part of the reason I like it here...no smoke being blown up anyone's ass ha ha pun not intended.) I have 4 plants which are way too tall. I'll tie two down, and super crop the...
