hey boss man i been messing up when it comes to curing. i have 5 oz of mazar thats been in the curing jar for the last 2 weeks. the longer they cure the better the smoke? the last 1oz cured for 2weeks and tasted like sh!T SMELL like hay. help me out with some info?
