Uhhhh yeah...... Don't use 190 as the temp on the MB2 when making tincture with 190 proof alchohol. It completely went dry in a two hour cycle, I was able to recover it by adding more alcohol.

I always decarb and have had great results with dry herb. What I'm wondering is about a fresh frozen Ice water extraction - I want to get this 1:1 CBD/THC product in his system as fast as I can.

My dad has ALS - and I'm trying to get him some quality product in his system as quick as I can. I have several CBD Critical Mass about to hit it's peak growing stage. I'm thinking about splitting it up and process most of it into tincture and pills. I've never made either out of ice water...

I was re-reading your response and wondering about when you said "sometimes I'll have a dozen to cut" are talking about buds or plants? Removing the buds as they hit maturity seems like would be the way to go - if some reach maturity before others...
