Connect veg/flower tent without veg light interrupting flower

Bends in your duct work, but that will cut down on efficiency.

    Humidity help!!

Put the exhaust fan on a timer or better yet, a controller that turns the fan on when temp/humidity gets too high and shuts the fan off when temp/humidity gets too low. Place humidifier in tent

Walls of my tent pushing out instead of sucking in

When running active exhaust/active intake it is important to use an intake fan that is rated less cfm than the exhaust fan, so you'll need to buy a speed controler and attach that to your intake fan.

Using only exhaust fan for ventilation

I would still get an oscillating fan for air movement which will gurantee no hot spots, no pockets of stale overly humid air, a breeze to strengthen stems, and keep mold at bay.

    Best Cure to date.

Whole plant untrimmed hanged for 10-14 days in a 60°f room with 60% relative humidity. Then dry trim, paper bag or jar and burp. Shouldn't rush months of work just to have smoke, the drying curing process is just as important as how you grow.

Whys my PPM so low Hydro Autoflower (quick question)

Your plants used up the nutes. As a plant feeds, the EC of tge nutrient solution drops as the pH rises, allowing the roots to take up all the macro and micro nutes. In hydroponics, keeping an eye in EC and pH at least once a day and at the same time if day is a must.

    vert grow idea

2400w would be quite a bit much light and the extra heat added would mean a bigger a/c if running sealed,or more airflow if running passive intake.
