My last bag of roots had gnats. So I am using pro mix organics. And its too thick for my tastes. I'm about to try this m3 on my next transplants but for $35 its cheaper than to buy everything for super soil.

I don't mind it running out of nutes, but how many soils can you get now a days bug free? Hell roots now comes with thrips. I'd rather fight gnats than thrips.

Well if you go from what the nutrient companies say, it has a 2 week adjustment phase. but I've noticed within a week they tend to be forming flower clusters but I use 16/8 not 24/0. I only 24/0 seedlings and clones.

I'm thinking about getting of these, its a toss up between the coco grower or the power grower (i will be adding a second air pump and air stones in the reservoirs. Sorry to necro post If anyone had any experience with the coco grower please post about it

I personally do 16/8 I believe its more the dark phase to use the nutrients, rather than a longer day phase to build up nutrients.
