I would gently bend/lst her to the best you can to get more headroom.

If the plants aren't too young, you can switch them and they will be ok. I had just flipped my girls and went on vacation and my lights went out for five days. Alternately, you can do it gradually a couple hours at a time, and you'll be fine. Good luck!

The rule of numb is 100 w for the first plan and 50 w for ever plant thereafter. for the seedling one 26 w 6500k is good. Just make sure it close to the light - one to two inches away. Whats your setup?

mid 70's - why? They are in my basement and it's pretty cool on there. I know there are some discoloration on the leaves, and I think that's just too close to the lights.

It's a good bulb to mix in while veggin', but not on it's own.

You can use a2 liter pop bottle laying on its side, the only thing to remember is that you née to make sure no light is hitting the roots, so you may want to tape the bottle to let no light in. Also, you need to remeber drainage holes. Here is a link to what I mean...

Ive seen people who have used a 2 liter pop bottle turned on its side. If you use anything clear, be sure to cover up the container with tape or something to stop the lights getting to the roots. You can get root rot or damage. Also, make sure you have enough drainage holes in the container.

The biggest thing I learnt was that these plants are very resilient! I don't know ow many times I bent and broke branches, taped up and they survived. Even went 5 days of dark and they came back! Be patient, read and ask advice, they' be fine!

Hey hey, they are looking pretty good. They are about 3 weeks into flower and had a setback when I was on vacation, 5 days of dark! They've bounced back and growing beautifully. I'll take some pics and post. How are yours going?
