Thanks guys for all advise ! I sent it via prioirty mail with tracking number and signature required ( proof some one signed and received it ) . Definitely will give them a call tommorow to see what going on .

@r.i.kid : this is 8 weeks strain buddy , but i always leave it until week 9 or 10 ( start to flush at week 9 ). It wont get milky till week 8 then . I just wish i could solve this problem to have better product though.
