The 600 may only supply a few more lumens to any given area, but will cover a much larger area to begin with. It is far superior to the 400.

I rebuilt the whole thing, using 1/2" PVC to make sort of a ring around the inside of the lid. The spray heads are screwed right into the PVC. It still doesn't really spray right, but then I am still using the crappy heads. I did order some much better heads - not the ones you linked to but...

I just confirmed two other plants also growing these little things. I assume they all will have them then. Are the clones from these plants in dnager of having the same thing happen to them? Should I try to find new clones to start with?

Shit! Once I went to pull them off and started looking even closer, there are lots of them on that plant. They are growing in a bunch of the buds, possibly all.
