I believe that those leaves at top are young, they should grow out. PLant looks healthy. Take off that one shitty lower leaf. Are there feminized seeds? Only one plant like that?

Roots look juicy, Everything looks healthy. That plant will produce more "splotches" as it gets older, plant will duplicate problems on new leaves. Take anything dying off ...with in reason. MH should make them take off. When you planning on flowering???
