Dude. 100 maybe too much for a first timer, but 50 would be fine, I wouldn't go lower. And if you're lucky to get 150mcg tabs, go with 75, don't try to divide it in three or four. You're already taking the risk that the drops haven't dispersed evenly over the sheet. Who knows what you are...
