hey man you commented on my plant problem thread a few days ago and asked me if i had holes in the bottom of my bucket, and i do. Can you tell me how that would affect my plant?

Still hope for medical dispensary system. May place it on the ballot. It was unexpected for me.

Nope, Oregon will not tax cannabis this year at least. I know they did not get enough petition signatures to put the Oregon Tax Act on the ballot this November. The referendum was worded well and would have set up a state agency (and committee) that would have established a dispensary system here. As of right now, we have very liberal home grow laws but no viable system to get marijuana to patients who can not grow it themselves and do not know or care to know someone to grow it for them. There isn't any monetary incentive in our current program for commercial growers to produce cannabis for medical patients, which is quite an oversite within in our current system. It is what it is and there is always the next ballot. Just hope the petition organization is better funded and well managed.
