Sounds like you need more light.

Some folks say this is too small, but it's really perfect for growing an autoflowering dwarf like White Dwarf!

Well, you want the roots or the bottom of the rooting cube close enough to the water that the bubbles splash up on them and keep them moist. As long as this done, the roots will find their way into the water eventually. The most important thing is to keep them from drying out.

Too many variables to answer that question. It all depends on how much light, what nutes, temps etc. are used in the grow. Also, autos come in all sizes, from tiny little dwarf plants to medium sized plants that can really put on some weight. But there is more to the harvest than wieght...

I like to use the silver aluminum HVAC tape. It makes the res look all shiney and can reflect light back up under the foliage. It's not real easy to work with, but it does seem to last for ever.

Yes, with photoperiod plants switching them to 12/12 will initiate flowering. Autos flower on their own.

The most efficient HID lights are 600W. To maximize the usefullness of your veg area, you could get a digital 600W ballast that runs both MH and HPS.

You should be able to edit your post and delete your pictures. A good guideline for posting material is to never post anything you wouldn't want read back to you in a court of law. Anyway, look at the bottom of your post and click the "Edit Post" button. If that doesn't work, try deleting them...

I use a 4.8W Tetra Whisper 100 from wally world. I don't know what the GPH rate is for it, but it works great in my 6 gallon res with a 12" air stone. I have the two outlets T'd into one outlet and it gets the nutrient solution rolling. They are only about $20 or so and repair kits for them...

And if possible, maybe go with two buckets. If these plants get big(which we all hope they will), they will be crowded together with both living in the same bucket.

There is a bubble cloner DIY around somewhere where the guy states to place the clones about 1/4" from the bubbling water. I don't know what air pump or air stones he used, but the water looked like it was at a rolling boil.
