What's the optimal temp and RH ranges when using LED

Hi, I keep my flower room at 80-82f (A/C) since my room with 18 plants runs at 60-73% rh mid flower up to harvest. I use this VPD chart and never fails unless human error fuck things up lol happy growing https://ceresgs.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/VPD-Bioengineering-Chart.pdf

    Chasing VPD

i let my flower room swing between 55%-75% or 1.60 - .90 VPD, the perfect spot is between 55%-70%. I’m trying to make it easier so other growers could understand how to play with plant transpiration rates. I use a growtronix system to monitor everything. Happy growing

    Chasing VPD

This is how I control vapor pressure deficit (VPD) and dial in my rooms. I adjust Temperature based on my room Relative Humidity (RH%) to maximize plant transpiration. My flower room (aero/nft) relative humidity it’s around 60-70%. my safe zone temperature based on the chart is 80-82f. Here...

    Chasing VPD

Hi this is how I see VPD with out making it more complicated. I adjust temperature based on my RH%. for example: my flower room (aero/nft) fluctuate between 60-70% RH. my safe zone temperature based on the chart is 80-82f. Here are my numbers from the chart: 80.6f - 82.4f (mini split a/c, CO2...

aeroflo root rot, what is it?

Hi, I was having the same problem in a stinkbud system when I stumbled here in riu on a thread about brown algae. Light hitting any wet areas, brown algae will grow and attack your plant roots with root rot like symptoms. It was like 7 years ago so I can’t find that thread sorry bro. I hope it...

when growing in sealed room do you need intake/exhaust on building?

Playing around and calibrating my co2 sensor I realize that moment that a 1,666sq house of 3 with a central a/c the co2 average around 1500-2500 ppm and 55-60 rh%. I don’t use tanks or dehumidifier. Intake comes from the house to exhaust outside. I also grow based on my vapor pressure deficit...

when growing in sealed room do you need intake/exhaust on building?

Hi Op, in late bloom humidity is a big problem for us pot growers and the way to control it is to use a dehumidifier/sealed/co2 room or intake from inside/ exhaust to outside combo to control it. My room 5.7x5.7 used to be a hybrid of both. Both of my intake and exhaust has a zone damper to...
