What would be better for the final two weeks of flower fox farms big bllom and tiger bloom or the moab from mad farmer?

So im getting ready for my next batch I have a 4x4x7 reflective tent with 1 400 hps light with air cooled hood.my question is should I go with six plants or four this will be my second batch and I want to make it count any suggestions?

I have the same kind of light however when i put it as close as 12 inch the light wont reach around the entire plant I have to lift it about 17 inch for the light to hit the entire plant what should i do bring it in close and focous only on top branches or pull it up and to make sure all...

what about if i do one day close as possible to get the top buds bigger and the one day back up to a point where the light will hit the entire plant would the be non stressfull to the plant im trying to focous on the entire plant not just the few top colas

When do you suggest rotation daily?And will the closeness make a big difference in bud size?
