You're right. I was confused. Hence my question. So having a ppm of 1400-1600 will never give me an ec of 2.2-2.4. Thank you for clearing that up. For some reason I thought I could continue feeding heavy but somehow manage an optimal ec reading.

If you have decent soil, you should be fine. Maybe move it under so trees or the side of the house?

Simple DIY cooling system. Can fill with ice or even dry ice if you're looking to add extra Co2. Probably run you under $40. Hope this helps spark some creativity...
