The one with the dowel rod poking up is the Moby Dick - on the left in the top row, on the right in the next three rows. She's slightly different than the Trainwreck, just a bit smaller with broader leaves, but still doing well.

Basically, follow the directions on the nutes, but use it at 1/4 strength, so if it says 2 tablespoons per gallon of water, you'd use half a tablespoon. Don't feed it so much, use regular water 2 days and feed one day, so that is basically saying water 3x per week, and feed on one of those waterings. More light can't hurt, I'd put another one in there, It's about 60 to 70 watts per square foot to grow one plant, actual watts, not equivalent watts. So you say you're using two 30's, then put one more in there and she should come back.
