Is that equivelent or the actual wattage? Oh can I still grow with the light I have in the picture?

Another question...I bought these lamps with reflectors and it says it can hold up to 150 watts. Does that mean I can only get a cfl with a equivalent of 150 watts or lower?

can I still grow with it? And can you give me a link to a cfl light?

Does it have Balls? If not then its a female, if so its a male.

Which one should I use? And our there any major differences like how you treat each one? I'm kinda leaning towards using 1/3 peatmoss, 1/3 vermiculite, and 1/3 perlite

What nutrients do you use? Whats the nutriotional content of it? And how often do you feed your plant nutes during vegetative, germination, and flowering?

2 plants...I bought a couple of lightbulbs, not sure there cfls, but it says its warmlight I believe and its like a normal lightbulb and its a 150 watt and has a output of 2750
