Hi im starting to grow mj indoors, i have grown chillies and tamatos indoor so i know the basics of what to do.

But now im starting wit mj and i have to grow in a small box, i work for a compony that makes compost so thats fine, i have a extractor fan that i will implemant, also have nice light fittings for my cfls, the reason i am using such a small box is because i have to keep it hidden.

I have grown a few plants owtdoor but it takes really long to flower and i want to try growing indoors.Chronic is also so expensive these days and i would love to grow my own. Im going to make a thread soon an post pics of the box etc. It would be really helpfull if you could give any advice on what to do, what a good strain would be that is quick flowering and small.

sorry to bug ya, but you seem to know exactly what your doing with coco! i am keen to try coco as a medium, not doing hydro, so just thinking of hand watering, or will rig up an auto feeder. got any advice for a daunted new person to the scene? also wondering if coco coir (the husk fibre i believe?) is ideal or pyth or a mix? i was thinking mixing up perlite with coir? but im not too sure where to get started! i am going to be doing a scrog grow cheers any help is appreciated!

Hello, thanks for you offer of help, i know im a little late. I have a bag seed girl ready to harvest with in the next 2 days and most of her fan leaves, the lower ones first and i made sure to get rid of the little under grow i was wondering if this in a strain trait, but i gotta tell ya she was acting weird from the go, she had 9 large fan leaves all the way up to 12/12 and then and leaf that had 9 on it fell off and new ones with 3 5 and 7 grew back and now those are what are falling of after they turn yellow, and i think i night of just had a root bound issue. any chance you can help?
ps i have a few pics up like week four and ill put more up before harvest

So i have a limited amount of money, and i am trying to figure out which would be the best when it comes to the yield and the speed of the grow from beginning to end:hydroponics or Co2? i know that using both together would be the best, but if i can only afford one which route should i go?

I'm a hydro grower..usually I use hydroton in a drip system but I think I'm going to use an ebb and flow system this time.. My question is can I use coco in an ebb and flow system, if so how, and is it better than using rockwool
