As far as the Sativa/Indica question it's really hard to be certain. The longer it takes to flower, the more Sativa she's got in her. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I've been out of town for a few weeks.

Unfortunately I know next to nothing about bubbleponics. There is a dedicated section on these forums devoted to that, you should have better luck there.
Where do you find those 120W CFLs? I've checked hardware stores and plant shops, but can only find the household bulbs(13w/20W) -
