Thanks for the help. Unfortuantly the other seeds already have a tap root coming out of the seeds so I think I will just plant them anyways. I think what I'll do is get a rubbermaid tub and just hang some CFL's in their for now until they sprout. But I guess I need to get the seed starting soil...

Yeah live in Guam. Won't need to worry about snow :p. When I looked at the sunrise/sunset times they should start flowering around Mid September to the beginning of October then finish around November/December. So it might be a okay yield.
