How long does a weed plant take till you cut down like how many weeks? Need to know so i know when to plant

So yesterday my friend gave me i guess lemon kush seeds 5-7 Does anyone know if its any good for outdoor growing and smell radius??

I got some lemon kush seeds 5-7 going be planting like 5 hoping it will last me threw the summer :S

So pretty much this will be my first grow all i need to do is buy seeds because found nute thats 6-4-4 in back yard / Plant pots / hard plastic container 3-4 ft long for drying! Cant wait to grow here in North Flordia !

Ok so im about to grow and i was wondering sense i live in flordia can i grow now? And if i have a plant in flowering stage at anypoint can i harvest it or do i have to wait till its done flowering cause im just sketched out cause i dont want the plant to be like 5 feet tall and not flower...
