Im getting small dry spots on my leafs. They slowly start when new leafs come in. Starts almost like white dots.The bottom of the leaf is black and the spots on top of the leaf are near the blades and more of a yellow in later stage or light green. Need help

Also what color are the veins now? And has the yellowing got worse?

Could be zinc or potassium deficiency
