As long as you don't have any real thick, wet stems & you dried until outside was almost crispy, you should be fine. Mine was the same way, smelled like a bail of hay in the jar but super Dank when broken up. The curing process is nothing more than a slow dry. Sounds like your on the right...

I wouldn't flush yet. Those look to have at least 2-3 weeks left to ripen, and for the calyxes to swell. Look for the start of amber triches as well. But in my opinion, these ladies have a bit more maturing to do before harvest, to really bring out the flavor and potency...
