You do not want any light getting at the seed or the tap root. I would say that you should put something there or pinch the rockwool together to keep out the light. Better yet is to keep it in the dark until the seedling breaks through. Many people like to germinate first and then plant. could you help me out. plz i was wondering once my seeds crack and i put in rockwool cube which comes with a hole in the middle. could i just drop my seeds in there or should i cover them with a small peace of rockwool
