  • Tricome Maturity : Clear - Immature, still rising in THC
Milky White - Close to the peak, slowing down in THC production but still rising if no amber is seen
Amber - THC has reached its peak and is now declining..

So you normally want to harvest once about 50-60% of your buds have reached that amber color, and some people will even chop off the amber and leave some milky so it can continue to get stronger..

this is a very brief explanation, only hours, hours, days, and years of experience and reading can answer all your questions..

I recommend staying on the Plant problems page and read every topic and post you can, because these problems that other people have will eventually happen to you or you will know someone that they will happen to and you will know what to do .

If you have any more questions please feel free to ask..
    indoor or outdoor grow?

indoor: u control the times.. normally people do a 12 week cycle or longer 4 week veg and 8 week flower ( each person modifies and does theres a little different )
outdoor: u grow until sept - october

    The stages are
-Seedling, stage in which you have not gotten your set of true leaves (rigid leaves) Normally people wait till you have 2 sets of true leaves before classafied as next stage.
-Vegetative, stage in which vigorous growth (root, stem, and leaf production) anywhere from 1week to forever ( if it is a mother plant and only one week or 2 if you plan on keeping your plants small
-Flowering stage, can be started at 1-2 weeks of veg, normally started around 4 weeks once plants show sex, flowering can last anywhere between 8-12 weeks depending on strain.. Have to get a 30x or 60x microscope to look close at the buds to see the Color of the Tricomes.
