Got just under an Ounce dried....not too bad, considering the poor state of the two surviving plants throughout the grow! :)

2 Responses to your question, Sir Master Ganji: A) I used the Aerogarden, and it worked great! The only downside is a somewhat small reservoir, but that can be managed with love and attention :) There's also a huge AG community on this site, as you can see, and we're more than willing to help...

considering the timeline, i'm considering putting it into 48hrs darkness over the weekend, then flower it when i get back solves my lights/water problem, and its pretty good-sized anyway... thoughts?

well, ive had 3 "weekends" all of 2009 in regards to my grow, so not too bad :p Just gotta hope my other grow-buddy can stop by this weekend, top off the lampshade...I plan to take it down to 1-2 lights, cut down on heat/water use. Hope it makes it!

absolutely, get that shit out of there! i had teh same problem, after a couple days the leftover root/sponge mass was all white and nasty :( You should be fine on nutes/water/lights, just make sure they dont over/under drink for the first few days and whatnot. No idea about the males...

he's just saying 50/50 shot on each, better to over-plant than underplant:dunce: but yeah, you're just as likely to get 4 females as 4 males, just make sure you KEEP LIGHT OUT during the dark periods! I found out the hard way, as only had maybe 2-3 lapses and my best/biggest plant went...

That is the CFL style setup me and many others use. Simple CFLs plugged into outlet-splitters, which you can get at any home improvement store. You'll want Daylight for vegging, and Soft White for flowering, though having both kinds is always best :) Make sure you get "23Watt, 100W...

I had this happen to me, it's no big deal and is easily fixed :) 1) Turn off the AG Water pump. plug the AG lights into another outlet using a Figure-8 cord(like the xbox/playstation kind), and leave the base unplugged 2) the filter square is more or less useless now - remove it and trim off...
