I'm about 7 weeks into flowering, some of the plant looks ready compared to other parts of the part would it be ok to cut a branch off and start the drying and curing (only as a sample), or would this shock the plant???

This is my first grow, ive got a female plant:lol: and the budding cycle has began, how long does it take for the buds to form and be fully ready? and do i continue to water my plant everyday as usual? bongsmilie

when putting your plant in 24 hour darkness does this force the plant to show its sex? :blsmoke:
