o used a growzilla hood on my last grow, its a dual bulb hood. so i put a 400w mh, and a 400w hps in there and got amazing results. so i would say use both simultaneously if you can

i feel like i can honestly do better, but due to the weather at the time, thats all i got. england is a dark place haha. the second one is of a river rock that was round at one point. someone probably put it there and over time it had started to collapse on itself, and grown moss.
