does the rockwool cube size matter? i have a 5 gal with a 10 inch net pot built in top but the rockwool cube clone i have is only 1.5 i believe

I have notice swelling up of the buds ..but not as much as like which is why i thought it was 5 weeks but i rechecked pics and writings and this is the end of week 6 Is there any other way to increase bud size? I was thinking about giving it 9 weeks And when should i start the flush?
