Yeah, you'll be fine without exhausts for a while until your plant(s) is somewhat matured. This is usually 2-3 weeks within your veg process.

That should be fine. For my first grow I used 3 23W CFLs and my crop turned out great. You might want to add more bulbs as the plant gets bigger though, they need as much light as possible. As far as nutes go, you can pretty much find them at any home gardening or depot store. I'm certain that...
