I need help flowers on lower part are reddish/brown and don't seem to be growing. All tops are fine white hair greenish. They're clones a bunch of diff strains. Been feeding sensi bloom, nirvana, big bud and molasses. All in the ground

Any1 in central Cali gent a problem with flowers being small and reddish brown in the lower part of plant and branches? Seems those buds ain't growin right. Shouldn't they be white hairs and greenish?
