How can I seal up my closet for CO2 enrichment but still be able to get in and out of there.

I did that once. I washed all the dirt off the roots and transplanted in to clay pellets then into an ebb and flow system. I'm sure it stresed the plants but I was able to harvest. It took some extra time but I learned alot.
