Organic spray and neen oil will only slow the problem, but not solve it. Dirty environment = mite infestation opportunity. At the moment you can keep spraying them or release some bug, or even use some hardcore chems... Then when you have the chance, scrub that room down with bleach. :D

I'd say move up to a 600w, it isn't a huge jump, but from what I've experienced it makes a huge different. ;)

Use Monster Nodes from Floratonic. It stop the height growth and increase the lateral growth as well as promote stems and reduces gaps between flowers.

Cloning... Yes, Vegging... No Flower... Not so much.
