I saw a post from 2007 where you stated you have hot temps, in the high 80's and plants doing great. I have a small plant cabinet 2x3 with temps in mid 80's..and plants were fine.....i just got a 250 HPS and I'm running 87-88 as well. Are you still running hot or did you modify or evolve your area for lower temps? thanks so much for your help. I've scoured everywhere and the max temp number for good density is like 80, so I wonder how much things would improve if I went to effort of a DIY cooltube...i vent outdoors with 4" cheapo 80cfm bathroom vent, nice and quiet tho...I'm thinking no cooltube..but in a year or two just replace the bathroom vent with good grainger fan...should of kept the one I had..I returned it cuz i thought it was too loud...but I can afford a little bit more noise..thx!
