I have family coming into town for the holiday December 1st and was hoping my plant would be done before then so my house wouldn't smell like complete pot after harvest. How much longer do these look like they have? They're 9 weeks old Red Poison Auto flower. Light cycle 12/12

Lights been set 12/12 for 2 weeks now

So I've been growning these a Red Poison Auto flower for about 7 weeks and they still haven't seem to start budding yet. (Site said it should be done round 8 weeks) I'm a first time grower and not sure if it's just because it's a autoflower and it ok or something went wrong.

Thinking about emptying out the water and setting nutes to week 5 a day early just in case of any deficiencies.

Is there anything else that could be wrong because I'm finding a few more spots.

It was all going well then things started drooping. My plant is going into its 5th week Monday. I'm not sure if it's healthy or if there is anything I could do. Any info will be helpful. Thanks PH 5.8 PPM 311

A friend told me it was a good idea to grow with distilled water. I just purchased a ppm meter that read 342.
