    Are you new to growing in general? Might be easier to start with organics to observe the plant without worrying about the technical aspects of hydro.

    No Not at all, always had huge gardens, but live in the S of France, gets hot, honestly get fed up of constant watering, and not easy while working, mainly in the Summer.
    Constantly buying fresh herbs, and edible flowers for chef work, thought would be great if I could have a constant supply, without watering twice a day (not talking about rosemary, thyme and sage, that grows wild here, but basil, coriander, ext)

    Looking at DWC for tomatoes + peppers ext, as again, watering a pain in garden; + carrying sacks of soil, nutes, +loosing plants. Spent weeks now trying to learn. First system x-stream 40 cloner,hard, as tap ph 8 ( use ph minus, but been up+down)also, ambient temp 23 (73) so to warm. Moved today to garage 15 (59), so put in reservoir heater, hope not to cold
