You are in a clear cup. Once the roots hit the bottom and ever so slightly begin to circle (you don't want circling just a good root mass) then transplant, that will insure everything stays intact and minimizes any root damage. Just fill in the soil around the cup (preferably an exact empty cup)...

Thank you! I made a few mistakes but learned from every one of them. A good learning experience for sure but over all they went pretty easy on me for a first grow. And yes they are dense for sure!
I really cant say about the leaves but get them out of the humidity dome they are better used for clones that cant uptake water yet, too much humidity for seedlings can cause damping off.
