yes, red spectrum is what it expect during flowering, so when u switch, it will be happy. topping and LST will make you yeild more. on the main fourm page theres a ton of info on it. CHeck it out! I LST and top every time.. lol

in other words, would you want 2700 lum's ( 42 watters ) all around your plant? 2700 everywhere compaired to 16000 on top<< + cfl's lose lum's after like 4-5 inches. keep that in mind.

but watts = lum's, 42 watt cfl's = 2700 lum's 26 watt cfl = 1600 lum's

Check this out, this is how you want to have it. multiple Cfl's covering a decent amount of the plants, + a couple on the sides... so with that being said, you would want to go with a bunch of 42 watters, they sell em everywhere, wal-mart , home depo, ect... use a bunch of 42 watters and a few...

lol np, its always nice to put the extra time in curing too, if your having a taste problem, then it sounds like you need to cure longer? but curing + drying + flushing all mainly focus on taste, get all thoes going at 100% you're asking for some mighty tasty buds :P

im flushing at 3 weeks because i want the best taste, most people do 2 because they want big ass buds, well if there allready big, and u want more taste over a few grams, go 4 it.

the two, what we think is jack herer. they smells SUPER sweet. theres 12x 26 watt 2700k cfl's, 1 x 65 watt 6500k cfl, 2 x 42 watt 2700k, and a 15 watt T5. temp stays at 78 - 80 F, RH is 40% ( always has been ) used superthrive in the veg state, vegged about 3 weeks, switched to 12 / 12 and am...

its odd.. they seem to grow better with 2700k bulbs in veg... tried 6500k.... 2700k seemed to keep it more compact, close nodes

umm i thought a Hps would put out around 50,000lums so how is 20,000 more than enough?
