8/1/2010: Transferred the two seeds that had roots, to soil. One of them went outside, cause its been hot and humid and the location is in direct sun so it should be up soon. the other one is inside, and under a CFL for the time being until it gets above the soil line.

7/30/2010: Exactly 24 hours later, two of the three seeds have cracked and have a nice white root. going to soil tomorrow, since I don't know enough about hydro to do a hydro grow yet (and I have been growing for over a decade now - too lazy to learn). soil it is.

12/23/09 - one poppy has sprouted, although its a little weak looking. have a humidity dome over the pot (some plastic wrap stretched across it) to hopefully keep in the moisture so it doesnt dry out. amazing how these things will grow wild with no help, but its a PIA to sprout them on purpose...

I agree, give it some time. no rush! when its above soil it will take off in growing. longest I have had a seed sprout - week or so. shortest was just a few days. its all good.

I have done it from seed (12/12) and after 8 nodes, either way.

4/25/09 - 10PM. The plant has absolutely taken off in the veg, however, I noticed today, she is fuckin blooming, and she is only 6" tall. But, the bud looks healthy, and the plant is very healthy. She has some SUPER thin leaves, totally a Sativa.
