Hid's especially de bulbs do very well no matter how hot things get you'll roast the plant long before you lose efficiency

Led efficiency is very dependant on ambient temperature as well these companies data is based on perfect conditions, this chart is from the lm301h datasheet, remember they are talking about the solder junction point temperature not ambient the actual diodes are higher temp than your room in...

The mmh bulb is only $69.00 think I'm gonna have to try it this fall along with 2 630 watt cmh fixtures I just bought. I'm seeing my best results with mixing leds with cmh.

In my experience the Chinese cheapo multimeters aren't accurate enough for this. Go buy a used fluke or extech from the pawn shop, that's what I did. The clamp meters and some have a slot you slide wires into, those are the only ones that read amperage on a circuit without disconnecting wires

Took the tops off this boo x ww a week ago, fed nutes for a couple days and back to straight water now. The buds gained most of there color back looking way better. Flipped 2/25 so day 70 today. This was a very productive plant, very strong smell. These smaller buds would be excellent for a washin

The MCPCB from the cree reference design is a no go. Oh but they'll build em and sell them to me, I asked for pricing on 100 - 200 boards, and a solder stencil. If they can sell the board assembled they could legally sell them bare. Mcpcb is one cost that you can't get around. It's no easy feat...
