When using this method I usually cut about 4-5" branches and about 2-3 weeks into flower it's still relatively easy but after that it starts getting more difficult because of the high amount of phosphorous and that stunts root production (not 100% on the reason) Personal experience.

Na I've had them take 10 days and I've had them take 28 days (literally 28 days on the dot) and all you have to do is make sure the soil is "moist" NOT WET and make sure you spray inside the second cup (humidity dome). Tape them together and pretty much forget them for a couple weeks then check...

By the way it looks she is a bit deficient or shes nearing her harvest time. If you have a microscope you can look at the trichs and see if any of the glands are amber (orangeish brown) or white (like milky) or clear. If they are clear you probably have 1-3 weeks left if they are about 50%...
