You dont think i should atleast flush it for a couple days with water without nutes? Because it kinda smells grassy. plus not alot of the hairs havent turned amber yet?

OK so i have two plants about 6 weeks flowering and i guess they didnt get watered for a day but now they look like shit except the buds should i just cut them down and harvest or try to revive them even though they look nearly dead any advice +rep heres the pics

The pic with the nasty roots is from my big plants in flowering... its an ebb n flow system. the only medium it has is the 6inch rockwool cube but now its growing out of that... u think i should just fill my ebbnflow tray with hydroton, but i dont really wanna do that cause its alot of hydroton...
